Natural Resources Development Corporation Limited (NRDCL) is pleased to announce the vacancy for the post of Chief Executive Officer. Position	Education & Experience	Contract Tenure	Salary & Benefits
Chief Executive Officer	Minimum Bachelors Degree. 15 years work experience, which should include a min. of 3 years at senior management level (P1A and above for civil service, and GM and above for corporations/private sector).	Initial contract period of three years & renewable based on performance.	Basicsalary of Nu.80,000 per month plus allowances (contract allowance & Performance Based Variable Allowance).

4. Copies of academic certificates and transcripts
5. Copy of last promotion order or letter from employer certifying the fulfillment of minimum years of work experience at the General Manager or P1A level.
6. Copy of CID Card
7. Valid Security Clearance Certificate
8. Valid Medical Certificate
9. Names and contact details of two referees (one of which should be current or last employer)
