HR Officers of the Dzongkhags are requested to note the following:
1 Applicants from the locality must be given the 1st preference for recruitment and in case there is no applicant from the locality, the preference can be given to other candidates from the same dzongkhags.
2 60% in Dzongkha with four best subjects for the purpose of shortlisting.
